my girl turned 17 today, and she spent it doing what she enjoys most...dancing in the studio. she returns there again this evening for a soiree rehearsal and afterward we will go see the new dance movie. peter pan prevailed among the gifts, which included stickers of wendy, john, peter and michael's shadows flying over london, for her bedroom walls, sweet poppy perfume, and flowers from her daddy. and how appropriate that the disney artist's collection would be released in the women's section of target today. such cute shirts. my little girl? no, my young woman.
