kimchi, fudge, and marshmallows

well that was an...interesting...combination of cooking and food prep aromas in our kitchen and home this weekend. i'm not good at food photography and making candy is even farther from my skillset,let alone chronicling the process. will need to contain the marshmallows better next time to keep them thicker, but i do like the kimchi without garlic this time. and the fudge is almost a bourdeaux. yummo. giving away the fudge today has been nothing less than joyous. food brings smiles. and that is good.
