no goodbyes

after nearly 2 decades, i formally stepped down from committee work with my local homeschool group. i can't imagine our lives without this group, so it was with a heavy heart that i must let it go. but i refuse to call it a goodbye, so the ladies called it "see you soon" instead. i'll still be connected in other ways. 
i've never had my name on a restaurant menu before this night. what a lovely evening.
